Lovely day here. Just can't stop taking photos, so pretty! We saw ducks ,dragon flies, butterflies. Lots of benches to sit on as you walk around. Lovely cafe. We had pot of tea for 2, and a light lunch of sandwiches nd cake for afters. Really enjoyed it.less
We visited the Water Gardens as a large Car Club Group of 17 Lotus Cars, 34 people and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Angie had marked off an area for us to park together in the car park. The gardens are a real hidden gem in Dorset and at this time of year really shine. The area is peaceful and tranquil and if you are lucky, as we were you will see ducklngs. We would thorough recommend a visit to the Monet Cafe, as the cakes were amazing. The price is very reasonable and provides a whole afternoon of enjoyment.less
Beautiful gardens, well maintained. Full of water lilies and dragonflies. Plenty of seats with beautiful views. They even painted exposed tree roots bright blue so you could avoid tripping. Lovely peaceful and relaxing visit. Would thoroughly recommend.less
Lovely tranquil place to visit for a couple of hours or longer if you just wanted to sit and take in the atmosphere. Nicely kept gardens around the ponds. Possibly not ideal for very young children unless kept a close eye on around the water. Sunny day recommended.less
Loved walking through this hidden little gem in Weymouth, it’s beautifully kept, the ponds and lily’s are stunning. A wide range of dragonflies, birds and ducks. Lots of benches and seating areas. A peaceful retreat! Cafe was super too, delicious food and all the staff were friendly. Happy to pay the entry fee to keep this little nature reserve thriving.less
